If you are new to the sushi or sashimi experience, here is the art of a successful introduction: (a) Forget what you know because fresh raw fish is the cleanest, healthiest meat you will ever have. (b) Start with a familiar taste, try "Ebi" (Cooked Shrimp Sushi), or "Sake" (Fresh Raw Salmon), with some California Rolls (Crabmeat, Cucumber and Avocado). (c) Pour soy sauce in your mixing dish, add ginger slices and wasabi (green Japanese Mustard). (d) Dip sushi in the mix, and bring the whole sushi to your mouth.
